      exercise as a wild supplement

whenever i exercise i find it easier to enter deeper into sp when i try to wild. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and how much or what kind of exercises would be best for this?

Do you have any idea why? Are you more tired? More in touch with your body? I'm just curious

To solidify this theory, there was a Technique about a year back where you would wake up for a wbtb, then do push-ups, and then you would lay down and end up in a wild. My first ever Induced LD was by doing that.
"Courage is the magic that turns dreams into reality."

I'm not going to add an LD count because I sort of don't keep count. I've had about 2-3 WILDs... i think and one or two DILDS.

well to answer your question robot_butler i think its a combination of tensing your muscles(like you would for a relaxation excercises<tensing and relaxing your muscles>) and being tired after plus the bigger difference that your body must sense between awake and asleep. where awake means lots of motion and asleep means none at all

also if your good at working out its a confidence boost and makes you more likely to believe in your ability to wild
