      WILD problem

      When i try to wild, once i get into the SP phase my hands feel like they are either really heavy or filling up with blood. This sensation is very uncomfortable and will eventually bring me out of the experience. any clues?

      Do they feel like that after you wake up? I'm guessing not, so it's just a hallucination. Sometimes they can be painful, try not to pay any attention to them. Instead, focus on the HI, and try to create a dream scene through visualization.

      Like Raph stated, if you are able to ignore it, the hallucinations will soon pass. If need be, remind yourself it is just a hallucination before you try ignoring it. This should help it pass. The reason it brings you out of SP is because you are focusing on it too much and keeping your mind too active.
