      WILD without SP?

So like early this morning I woke up either from my alarm or at random I'm not too sure, but the night before I had told myself I wanted to try WILDing again.
I just tried to go back to sleep and after a while I started dipping into the subconscious and scenes of random places etc started appearing, but they'd only be 1-2 seconds long. I just kept trying to intensify these scenes until I had some sort of control over it and it would last for longer, until eventually I found myself in full control in a dream.

I don't recall going through any form of SP.

I suspect that's DEILD. I remember one holiday morning when I'd been having an absolutely great dream, my mum came in to tell me she was off to work; I simply closed my eyes again when she was gone and concentrated really hard on the dream I'd been having, it was a feeling of 'chasing' the dream. I shortly re-entered it and woke up later with zero recall.

Ive also read on here from King Yoshi that some people cant feel or wont realize they go through SP.

Yea, I'm pretty sure you did go through SP, but some people don't even feel the transition while others do, and you happen to be one of the ones that don't I think........

I'm also gonna try to do what you did, intensifying the scenes I get, maybe it works for me in achieving lucidity

Nah it wasn't DEILD; I wasn't focusing on a previous dream. In all honesty, I couldn't recall dreaming beforehand.

That's quite possible. And yeah, give it a go. I find that if I close my eyes a little harder than usual I get quite a lot of random images appearing in front of me, and just try to intensify/change it in whatever way possible. Usually they are very brief and will disappear before I've realised what's going on, but with time they become longer. Your state of consciousness feels completely different while in that state as well, I've noticed.
