      How to get past SP?

The last few days I have been taking an hour nap after school. After 5-10 seconds, I enter SP and experience an "orgasmic" feeling. I'll experience intense HI and feel like I'm rushing towards a dream.

However, after that feeling ends, I am still awake in my bed.

What do you use to get past SP?

You might be waking up from SP if you get excited or scared when you get the SP feelings. I'd recommend rather than responding to the sensations, or even focusing on them, embrace them and keep concentrating on having a lucid dream. This may take more than once to get right, but keep at it and don't lose sight of your goal(s) .

Yeah like shock said, just keep practicing. You are getting close, so just continue to relax and strive toward sleep. Act as if nothing unusual is happening as you experience SP. Also, be sure to perform a RC once everything stops. You may find that you are actually within the dream state and not even realizing it. Keep in mind that WILDs often start in the same exact location that you fell asleep in.

You get SP after 10 seconds of laying down? That seems really quick to me.

Yeah, it is very possible. SP starts whenever you actually start to fall asleep. It all just depends on how fast you are able to start falling asleep. While retaining consciousness of course.
