      A question

I was wondering if this would work. I can't use an alarm for WBTB, because it doesn't wake me up. And autosuggestion is kind of unreliable. So I was wondering, could I WILD after I wake up in the morning?

You can, as long as you've only had 5-6 hours of sleep. Any more than that, and your REM cycle starts to wear off, and being in it is essential to WILDing.

There's always the option to wake up after however many hours of sleep, stay up for 5-6 hours, and then take a nap - that is another way to WILD (without using an alarm or autosuggestion).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

You can also try to pair auto-suggestion with your alarm. If you have a cell phone, you can place it on vibrate and slip it into your sock or your pillowcase as you sleep. That way you "feel" the alarm as opposed to hearing it. You could also try to drink a lot of fluids before bed. That way you will wake up naturally to relieve yourself.
