I have been trying to WILD for the past few weeks during naps. These naps are usually around 3pm, sometimes a few hours earlier. I use binaural beats, and they seem to help my visualizing, but so far I've never achieved even a sign of SP. |

Hey, I'm back!
Not 100% sure but I think you're supposed to listen to binaural beats before going to sleep rather than during; I guess it could be used as an anchor though, but personally I can't sleep with music on. You definately have to be tired enough to fall asleep to WILD, so I would recommend a WBTB; be sure to gauge your tiredness for how long you need to stay up as to not fall back asleep, but don't wake yourself up completely. Good luck. |

Lucid Dream goals: (O=done, could be better. X=done.)» (Fly -X)» (Talk to my DC friend - ) (Have a WILD - ) (Have sex - ) (Meet my DG - ) (Go through a wall or window -X) (Go to space - ) (Go to Pandora - ) (Conjure things -O ) (Complete a task of the month - )
Thanks. One more question- I can't seem to get an alarm to wake me up for WBTB- any other suggestions for helping me wake up? |

I´m not sure but I think it´s individual if you feel the vibrating, some do and some don´t. |
