      Anybody?

      does anyone have a one body part like the left arm or right leg go numb first when trying SP? its allways my left arm and i can never get my legs to go numb or heavy. i want to WILD it sounds so fun.. all the stuff i would do in a lucid dream would be the best experience.

      Yeah, a lot of times certain limbs will go numb before the others. Just continue to relax and don't worry about it. Just keep striving toward sleep and those other limbs will follow suit soon enough !
