This occurred at 4:00, after a late REM cycle I think. First, I closed my eyes and there was this vanilla-colored flash when I closed my eyes. Minutes later, I hear a bell, very similar to a train bell, but find that I am awake, then I go back to sleep for an hour, then get up. Would anyone know if that was a false awakening? Or what?
