I've been trying to WILD every night for the past month+. Last night I tried WILDing as I went to bed, then I tried WBTBing after I woke up about 3 hours after falling asleep. Or that was the plan. I set 2 alarms. One for 3 hours after I went to bed. And another 2 and a half hours after that. I laid back, got comfortable, starting my attempt. Long story short, my body went into SP, but I didn't get to the HI/HH stage. After awhile, I would roll over. I'm not talking every 10 to 15 minutes, like after 45 minutes I would roll over just because, after that long I'm thinking F-it. |
