Hi all! I'm going to try to WILD tonight. Please tell me if this is a good plan.

1. Set alarm for 5 hours after going to sleep.
2. Go to sleep.
3. Wake up when alarm sounds.
4. Write down dream, go to the bathroom, maybe RC a few.
5. Pull up "Brainwave Mind Voyages; Series 1: Trance Induction."
6. Put on headphones, and get in bed.
7. Listen to whole track while laying still. (it's 14 minutes long)
8. Once it finishes, relax some more.

Okay, that's all I have planned; but I don't know what to do next. If I have already hitten SP; what do I do?
If I have not, what can I do to make SP occur?

P.S.: The track is for relaxing, I think. It's mainly an aid in WILDing, I have read somewhere on DV.
