I am having a problem wilding. Every time i try even if its for 40 mins to an hour nothing happens exept little lights behind my eyelids. I have a horrible time tring not to swallow or move and i have to keep fighting musle spasams. What should i do to succesfully wild? Last time i tried the highlight of it was that my arm fell asleep.
