I am trying to WILD these days.
never did it.
Just got paralysed one time but got scared.
What happens to me is that my eyes start to move a lot, like in REM.
But im not paralysed yet, didnt got into SP yet you know?
Is it normal?
Cuz i saw a video that before getting paralysed that happens.
Yeah, that is completely normal. Your eyes may start REM(ing) before you are fully paralyzed. SP starts to set in fairly slowly and then it will all the sudden smack you with full SP. If it is bothersome, simply try to ignore your eyes and just let them do whatever. You will soon forget all about them. Just continue to relax and carry on with the process.

No problem at all! Just keep practicing and you will start to get more and more familiar with the process. SP is just strange and takes some getting used to. More used to it you get, the easier it will become! Good luck and if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
