      WILD question.

Do you guys have any tips on not falling asleep when attempting WILD?And tonight I'm going to a party and will be home at about 2-3 at night so if I wake up after 6 hours of sleep will I still be able to do a WILD even though I didn't go to sleep on my normal sleeping schedule?

you are "supposed" to fall asleep... but just be aware of it when it happens , and no i wouldn't worry about changing your sleep schedule for the night. the important part is to have some sleep before hand so that you are ready to go straight into REM sleep when trying to do your WILD

You are supposed to let your body fall asleep while keeping your mind awake ( ie. remaining conscious and aware )
