Failed WILD...what's the dealy-o ? ;(

So I tried to wild a few minutes ago and I thought it was going great. I felt relaxed and felt this transition where my breathing hitched and felt that sinking feeling of falling through the bed. After still while feeling that sensation I started to hear screams and then seeing some firey imagery which then moved to faces and then a Elizabethan time scenery with a castle. I was aware not to get distracted by the images but then décidéd to stay in that scene and then i felt the dream got blurry and then still in a dream state I think, I was back in my room. What did i do wrong? Also, I could not 'roll' my body to transfer into that dream. Can you collaborate more on that?

I know it's a bit lengthy but any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Sounds like you were 99% there. All I can say is, it doesn't work every time. Just keep doing the same thing and eventually it'll work.

I watched a video that suggested the "Push-and-twist" method, as opposed to the "Roll-out-of-your-bed" method. You know how you push and twist small medicine containers to open their caps? Try doing that to your body.

Pretend you're being pulled down into your bed, then try to spin your body so that your head is where your feet are. This is supposed to have less risk as opposed to rolling, which you may do in real life and mess up your whole attempt.

The whole "screams and the burning witch" thing sounds a little intense.

Haha the screams terrified me but I decided to go through with it. Anyways it didn't last long and after I saw some familiar faces which made me less scared lol xD I'm going to try again tonight and try that push and twist method. I hope it works!
