A few days ago I learned of the notion of lucid dreams and you can actually feel stuff in them and see what you really think of yourself in mirrors. I thought sure I shall try to get into one.
I think I might have had 1 when I was around 5 years old but I don't remember any possibilities for a lucid dream since then. (I am currently 17)

I ended up doing some searching read up on stuff (more so skimming) and reality checks.
I also listened to about 10 minutes of binaural beats set in between the 6-7hertz range.(well it was two different frequencies one for each ear that when your brain compensates it would possibly react like 6-7hertz)

Then when I finally was going to go to sleep I was basically chanting to myself
"I want to see the dream
I want to feel the dream
I want to remember the dream." over and over again.
Then I ended up in sleep paralysis and had my heart racing and I felt like a liquid was flowing to all my muscles as they were getting stiff. (I probably was feeling blood flowing who knows)
I was stressed out a bit but I wasn't really scared because I read that sleep paralysis isn't dangerous. After a while of being in it I got myself out because nothing was happening I was just laying there stiff as a statue.

The next night I tried again.
I got stiff, I didn't feel my heart racing, I didn't see or hear anything odd and then after a while I gave up.

The next night I decieded to not try.
The day following that night I took a nap and had a more realistic dream than normal. Though it had things that made it obviously a dream (besides I couldn't really feel anything) like I was eating slices of pizza from a bowl of soup that had soup in it, and spoonfuls of yogurt with pretzels in it and I actually got to taste the yogurt with pretzels and it tasted pretty good. (Though do you trust a dream)

Though part of the dream felt like it was part of the dream and it was me trying to get back into the dream and I was stiff like I was in sleep paralysis and then I tried to get up in it and after a bit I flipped back to the rest of the dream.

The next night I tried for a WILD again got into sleep paralysis (and envisioned myself flying headfirst in the position I was laying in) actually saw random colors and random images flash before my eyes that time. Didn't get into a dream probably cause I kept on itching and the odd thing was I was able to instantly free one of the arms for the purpose of scratching.

Does it sound like I am even getting into Sleep Paralysis?
And any tips on getting from sleep paralysis into a lucid dream?
