      Did I just have WILD?

I was laying in my bed and suddenly I had the sensation of falling, it was quite uncomfortable but eventually I got used to it. Then somehow I gained control (not sure how) and found myself in an elevator with the word ikea on the wall ( i think ). Then for some reason, I was excited and I tried to pass through the wall which made me aware of myself lying in bed. Then I had the same sensation earlier, and I woke up.

What did I do wrong, and what should I do next time?

Ooh, coincidently, just today my cousins talked about some of the things that happens in their sleep paralysis (related to wild).
I NEVER (or at least, never remembered, just to be on the safe side) had sleep paralysis.
But one of my cousins said that it involved them feeling like they're FALLING.
So i dont know, maybe partially?
But there is a connection xD.

yes, you made it in briefly.

i think you got too excited and tried to do something that is visually difficult before stabilizing the dream.
