Hello DV community. I have a few WILD questions today, nothing new eh? First of all, I am very confused about this technique, the guides arent very clear to me. Do you have to wake up after X amount of sleep like specifically or can it be just when ever? Second, I have read many guides saying, ohh yah just remain still for X amount of time and try not to think to hard or w/e... Well Ive tried this many many times, and nothing happens, maybe its just me. I have also read guides saying you are actually trying to fall asleep but with a certian level of consciousness or awareness. If that is true, how do you keep yourself aware but not to awake and fail the WILD?

-Any advice?
