      Wha-.....What Happened Here?

Well, I'm going to cover three things here to save topic space, so get ready for massive walls of text.

      1) So I woke up this morning to an alarm clock, early I might say, but I had to finish some stuff. I woke at 5:15, then went back to sleep about 6:30. Anyways, I was just thinking, relaxing. When suddenly, I felt a gentle wave, I knew instantly that that is was SP, but I had no intention on acquiring it. I realized that I had been up a while, so I could try slipping into a dream. My main problem though, is that when relaxing, I think, when SP hits, it breaks my train of thought, and I start focusing on the waves of SP (Only because for me, SP feels really great, just like a wave of happiness or something, but I've never gotten a successful WILD attempt, so I wouldn't know how the rest would feel like.) Well anyways, I realized that after a bit more waiting, the waves stopped, so I decided to roll over and give up, because as said before, I had no original intention on a WILD. Before dozing off, I saw the analog clock I had. It read 6:45. Anyways, I dozed off, no intention on any funny business. I suddenly had a jolt of awareness, not sure if this was because of a loud noise of someone else in the house or what. But I suddenly questioned. Am I dreaming? This echoed off into the distance, like in a tunnel. Well I was dreaming, but I didn't know where I was, and I don't think I was quite dreaming yet, because, it felt so strange. I tried opening my eyes, but they wouldn't open, I got them open a small slit. It was the inside of a van, the van I grew up with. Well I was looking at the door, it was Wintery out (snow, icicles, etc) and I was looking at the side of my house through a Window, but everything was all blurry. There was a border of the van door, so I was sure I was looking out the Window, I started to turn to look out the front windshield, but suddenly a thought popped into my head. DON'T THINK OF YOUR BODY LAYING IN BED. I don't have very good mental discipline (Any help with that?), so the intrusive thought repeated itself as I tried not to think. I finally relaxed, I tried to smell, it all smelled like cool, crisp winter. Well I still haven't tried moving to break out of this strange closed eyes thing. I tried moving my dream arm, which intern, strangely moved my real shoulder. Well this woke me. I remember in the tutorial section they had a graph showing the stages of slipping into a Lucid through a WILD attempt. Can anyone tell me where I was on that graph, I think I was pretty close, but I don't know.

2)A couple nights ago, I had a very short Lucid Dream. I was watching some TV of something. That thing reminded me of a dream I had more than a year ago. I was suddenly like "Hey, I remember that dream, wait..... I'M dreaming now!" But sadly, it ended RIGHT THEN, I think that it was the epiphany of me remembering all of that dream at once must have woken me. Could that have even been a possibility?

      3) And finally, this Lucid happened right after the last one explained. I remember I became Lucid, and was somewhere else instantly. That usually happens n my Lucids for some reason. Anyways, I turned behind me, and something scared the living crap outta me. It was in third person mind you. Anyways, I bit down on my fingers really hard and kept repeating "Wake up, Wake up". Strangely, when I bit, I heard a crunch, but I felt no pain. So the third person view started to fade to white, until all the view was white. IT started fading back to a view thought, but it was first person, and I was laying in my bed, still had a death-grip bite on my fingers. I was sure I was awake, so I started to get up, but My real body twitched and I woke up. I think this has something to do with the same thing that happened in number one. Something about being on the border of a dream where movements are transferred to both bodies, but the movement of the physical one wakes you up completely. I don't know if this is a possibility, but the way it relates to the first one seems to be the same effect. Any input on if that is the same thing, how can I avoid it, and what happened in general?
