Wild help please
WILD problem
I started attempting lucid dreaming a week ago, and the DILD method hasn't kicked in no matter how unrealistic my dreams are(about 4 a night) i just cannot reaslise it at the time. So the WILD method got my attention. I just don't get how to go about it??? If anybody could just reply on how they achieve lucidity through it i can try my own similar attempts.
I do it as follows:
* I lie down in my normal sleep position
* I usually have binaural beats to keep me relaxed
* I try many different time periods
* Eventually my body feels heavy and i cannot move without really trying to
* After the sleep paralysis i see the swirling colours which sort of wipe over my vision
* I feel the tremor rip through my body
* Slowly the colours become random images by themselves
Now a few more questions:
If I try to visualise when do i start trying?
Do i just wait for these images to become a dream, and if they do what do i do next?
What should i be thinking during the process - must i try fall asleep? Must i try concentrate on the images/swirls? Must i keep a clear mind?
i have read all the tutorials and i'm still not 100% sure so i'm just hoping for soem personal pointers.
Thanks a lot

I've had little WILD experiences, but with the few that I have, there seemed to be a sudden rush of visual energy that rushed over the faint images. At the point where the images become random and you can actually sort of see them, I would just relax and observe. From what happened to me, I felt a pop and loud buzzing and within seconds the images become as real as the waking state. Try to stay relaxed. Hope that helps!
