Thread: Breathing, Salivating, and twitching

So These are the four things that i can never seem to stop doing when im trying to lay still.

My mouth always salivates so i have to swallow it because it builds up.
I can never stop thinking about breathing.
And sometimes my legs will twitch while I'm laying still, involuntarily of course.

How do I stop from doing these three things? Of course not stop breathing, but stop thinking about it, even if i try to think about something else its the thought of trying to STOP thinking about breathing that keeps me thinking about it.
