Basically I've had a few DILDs in the past when I actively pursued lucid dreaming, but I really want to be successful using the WILD technique.

Now I know you attempt it just after REM or during an afternoon nap.

The furthermost I can get is to the beginning of REM (I can feel my eyes spasming) with some very faint imagery, but it never seems to elevate beyond that.

I lay perfectly still, ignore all of my body's signals to move etc and always remain calm while attempting it.

Can anybody provide some advice to aid me in WILDing ?
