SP for the first damn time!

After 10 attempts of WILD failures I decided to put a 3 sec alarm just to experience SP and hopefully will make me better at WILDing. My first time I didnt felt anything. Second time I woke up in a painfull position and I knida felt SP coming just cant describe it. And the third time I felt it Finally! Heard the alarm, I knida jumped a bit because I was in a dream. Past 10 seconds I felt an interruption on my breath and I started to hear an incoming sound of an accelerating motorcycle ( Repeating very fast) but It only lasted with luck 2 seconds. Now I think that it was SP. And I wanted to know if there are any tips for passing SP and how not to focus on it because I think I was so fascinated with the sound that I heard for the first time! Any help will be appreciated!

That's great. You pretty much just have to train yourself not to move when you hear the sound. Just stay calm, think back to the dream you were just having or if you can't a dream you want to have, then reax and enter the dream.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that makes it a DEILD not a WILD.

Yes, pardon me xD Its indeed a DEILD I had a successfull one 4 days ago, with no hipnagonic sounds, so it was a calm ride. Tried to FILD 3 days ago and I moved my mouth (forgot to say that on my head xD) to say to a hypnagogic monster to go to hell and SP disappeared xD
