Need iTunes help asap.

I'm not going to go into the details.

If you delete all the iTunes files on your computer that you downloaded, can you just log onto your iTunes account (online) to re-download them to your computer?

Or are they gone forever if you delete those files from your computer?

They are gone forever if you delete them even once, just save them to a USB travel drive or on something else if you need to load them back up. Are you re-installing Itunes, or did you accidentally delete the files?

My user account on my computer (Windows) was compromised; it was linking to a temporary account instead of my real account. I have all my stuff in the C: drive, though, which is good.

But I can't copy and paste the files over to the new account (there'd be two copies of each massive file), so I have to cut them. But I'm scared that something might happen before I manage to paste them into the new account. =/

There's like five 45-minute TV shows, and four movies I'm trying to move.

I'll try writing them to a CD.

EDIT: Crap. Files are too big to write.

compress them a few times and then lock the last compressed file with a helluva password then upload it to mediashare megaupload... or email the file to yourself.... there's ways around this, you've just gotta dig for answers.

Dude, a USB drive can hold like 32 GB if you get a good one, they are only like 30 bucks, it is a good investment.

An Apple genius can restore your downloaded content. If you bought it from the iTunes store, then you are entitled to that content. iTunes won't do it for you because the risk of fraud is too high, but they can do it for you at the Apple store.
