Windows Movie Maker puts your video in wmv format, which is the absolute worse compression format out there. Download Handbrake, then open your wmv in Handbrake. Set Handbrake up to have an output format of MP4 using encoding style H.264. You should get 20x the compression so they should then be small enough to email around. How long is it? |
