Thread: More Ipod Issues

So I just updated itunes, and I open up itunes to see all my music was lost. It's still on my PC though.

Is there a way to restore it rather then digging up all the thousands of songs one by one and adding them back?

I'm also planning to buy a new PC soon and sell this one. I don't want to lose my library over this. Is there a way I can put my songs on itunes simply by using my ipod?

If your songs are in one folder, you can go File>Add Folder. Didn't you have to designate a folder as the library when you started the new install of iTunes?

EDIT: I believe you can transfer your music to a new computer with your iPod if you sign in on the new machine then plug your iPod into it. You could try that with your current computer, too, but it would probably duplicate your whole music library.

I know that you can transfer your library on the iPod, and whenever I've deleted something on my PC then later plugged in my iPod, iTunes will prompt me "The iPod has tracks that aren't in your library; do you want to add them?" So yeah, I'm guessing it's just a matter of plugging it in.

Cool, I slightly remember that happening too.



While I'm at it, I might as well ask this question. The internet on my itouch is unclickable. It zooms in fine, but when I try to click it doesn't.

I'm going to do some research on that, but I might as well ask here too.
