There's no point in stacking VPNs, as the last VPN still gets the data unencrypted. So you might as well just use that service. And tor only hides your identity, they can still sniff your traffic at the exit nodes. |

If you're using a public network or your neighbor's wifi, then you don't need to stack vpn's, you only need one. If you're worried about your neighbors seeing data you're sending on your own secure network, then as long as you have wpa2 encryption, there's no need for a vpn because it's pretty hard to crack wpa2. |
