This topic is for the Lucid Tasks of the Season, voted on in our Voting Booth Thread. Please attempt any or all of these tasks throughout the season.

How to get your wings:

1. Fully complete any of the tasks in a lucid dream in the time frame.
2. Post your successful lucid dream in a reply to this thread, using spoiler tags (using the "Go Advanced" reply button, you will see the box within a box button for a spoiler tag).

Use the following heading format in your spoiler tag:
[Type of task] -[Name of the task] - [Success or fail]
For example:
Basic Task i - Drive a car - success

Then, after pressing "OK", add your lucid dream details. Make sure you only include the relevant lucid dream material related to the task. No need to post the full entry or non-lucid sections of the dream here.


3. Add the relevant dream journal entry link (Type "DJ Link", highlight your text, then press the earth button. Copy paste your DJ link into the box.).
4. Go to your control panel, then to permission groups, and request to be in the group that applies to the task(s) that you've done: one basic or both, one advanced or both, and/or bonus.
5. You should receive your wings within a couple of days. If you don't, please reach out to the Forum Staff.

Please note, that we now have wings for every task. Requesting to join the group will upon approval also grant you access to Lucid Task Club.

Please, make sure you post here your attempts both failures and successes, this will make this post much more dynamic. Report back in this thread, even if you didn't successfully accomplish the task. Your efforts should make interesting reading!

Whoever completes any of these tasks gets the following goodies until the end of the season:


Your name will be displayed in orange in the online member's list at the bottom of the main forum page. *NEW* You'll also be displayed in purple (by popular vote) in our Discord channel.

You will receive a special title and badge.
You will receive access to the "Lucid Task Club" which is a limited-access forum for people that complete a lucid task each month.

Basic Task ii: Light up the floor with each step you take. (RelicWraith)


Advanced Tasks i: Grow a tree that bears multiple kinds of fruits (GabiAlex)


Advanced Tasks ii: Play a dream boggle game with your dream characters... What words popped up in your dream? Do they even make sense? Were you able to focus on the letter cubes? How did your dream characters behave while they were playing the game with you? (HD)


Bonus Task: Jump into a chalk painting and describe your experience. (MoonageDaydreamer)

BEGINNER TASKS: (Anybody feel free to have fun with these, but you'll get wings only if you are a beginner.)


1. Slow down, look around, describe what you see.
2. Touch the ground. What is it? Grass, asphalt?
3. Look at your body. What are you wearing?
4. Focus on different muscles in your body and make them flex.

5. Taste something. Does it taste as you'd expect?
6. Find the text you can read, then look at it again. Has it changed?
7. Walk barefoot for a while. How does the ground feel on your feet?

Spoiler for basic task i - find an unusual pet- fail:

At first I felt my hands tense or grasping at something, immediately I look at my hands, sure enough they are red with hints of purple, I have around six fingers on each hand. I start looking at my surroundings and take a few steps, until I remember to rub my hands together to its stabilize the dream. I'm in the hallway from some building, I think about the unusual creature or pet from the task of the season. I look carefully in a few corners, but then sure enough I get distracted by seeing people around. There are two girls which seem to be rehearsing for song poetry recital or some rehearsal for a play. I I take a look at my hands again and rub them together. Then I see a door that leads to a cabaret, and sure enough there is a pole dancer. I can't see her face, but I approach closing off to hang into the pole and I start climbing up towards her!
... so the dream continues into some erotic scene. I go down to pole and I see laying on the floor, farther away, some sex toys..I interact with some doll but feels too weird..

I keep on walking then I see a big bedroom, got a large window and I noticed it doesn't have any glass. The wind is blowing the curtains, I see Lane in bed one girl, then another one, until I see 4 girls waking up from their sleep ..I turned back and still see the pole dancer, but this time I could see her delicate face and curly blonde hair..
I feel drawn by her so I walk a few steps and now I'm outside, I'm sitting down, at the sidewalk, taking a glance of the bedroom without glass...

I start to wake up...I remain still for a few minutes to re-enter the dream, but my right shoulder is pretty numb. I review the scene of the window and the feeling being there, but feel too uncomfortable about my shoulder, so I reposition and re-create the scene vividly but nothing, I finally decide to let it go.
