Introduction:
This topic is for the Lucid Tasks that are assigned by the Lucid Task Club and the On-Topic Administrator. Please attempt any or all of these tasks throughout the month.

Report back in this thread, even if you didn't successfully accomplish the task. Your efforts should make interesting reading! This is required in order to get credit, it is no longer sufficient just to say that you did it.

Please, make sure you post here your attempts both failures and successes, this will make this post much more dynamic.

Whoever completes any of these tasks gets the following goodies until the end of the month:

• Your name will be displayed in ORANGE in the online members list at the bottom of the main forum page. *NEW* You'll also be displayed in orange purple (by popular vote) in our Discord.

FEBRUARY'S BEGINNER TASKS: (Anybody feel free to have fun with these, but you'll get wings only if you are a beginner. Some will change each month!)

1. Slow down, look around, describe what you see.
2. Touch the ground. What is it? Grass, asphalt?
3. Look at your body. What are you wearing?
4. Eat some food. Does it taste like it does in real life?
5. Look at the sky. Are there clouds, stars?
6. Find text you can read, then look at it again. Has it changed?
7. Pinch yourself. (It's not always a great RC, but still fun to do)

1. I tried to do a task of the month last night, "Go on 5 dates or more" but, I Failed. A date from hell.
That dream started where I was back in college. I recall that my friend, Kevin was there. This was my dream sign in the dream because most of the time when I see my friend's from school, I knew that I'm dreaming because this test, I remember what I did before I went to bed and it wasn't being in school. I also decided to do a control Reality test by, jumping and floating in the air. I floated so, I moved on.
As soon as I was lucid, I decided to do a task of the month. I was on the first date. At first, it was going okay, until something changed in their eyes. It felt like a blind date. We were at some club. I remember that I ordered a drink.
All of sudden, I felt like this person was someone who may kill me. They say that a person's eyes in the window to there souls but because this is a lucid, all of a sudden I gain knowledge that they were wanted by the police for murdering 30+ and that woke me up.

The dream that I was at my parent's place. I was outside near the barn. I recall that I was talking to this kid who I think I saw on youtube. He had these really beautiful unique eyes. We were supposed to hug but, he backed away, I took a mental note that and left him alone. Then I heard a sound. It was a plane that was landing in my field again. This was the third dream that had planes in it. This was where I knew that I was lucid dreaming. I recall that I took my camera out from around my neck and started to take pictures. I also took some video. The plane was red this time. In other dreams, the planes were blue or white. I recall that the pilot of the plane got out and then when I was looking at the video the plane took off again. I quickly did an RC...
Then I went back to the barn. Peyton Reed, Mark Ruffalo, and Taika Waititi were there. There was someone there but, I don't remember who it was?
Then when I was on the ramp that leads up to the barn, for some reason, I slipped and fell. I recall then I was holding on and shrank down to ant sizes. I was like, "I'm okay!! Don't worry about me!"
Then all of a sudden, I was now hanging on for dear life on a high beam in the barn that was near the top of the roof.
I was again, human size. Nobody seemed to care that I was slipping a little. That made me, sad for a moment. Until I remember that I was still dreaming because of a little Camponotus crawled over and looked up at me. This was when I remember that I could do the task of the month, Develop an ability to communicate and control an insect colony like Ant-Man. (Lang). However, because I already know how to speak and control ants, I probably don't think I want wings for that one. I already have some years actually under my belt with that. I was still hanging there, barely holding on.
If I grew to a giant in the dream, I would have damaged the barn. Seriously, one dream that I had the other night I totaled a town hall because I grew to giant size.
Then I decide to let go. A winged carpenter ant flew under me and I started to fly on the ant. When we landed I recall a colony of ants greeted us. I was still ant-size. Then I became normal size again.
The only DC that was cheering me on was, Stan Lee!! That was the best part of this dream really.

I became lucid through a WILD. I knew that I was dreaming. I remember that I held onto my awareness throughout the falling asleep process, maintaining a steady mantra, and even literally talking myself through brief periods of vibrations and hypnagogia. I smoothly “emerged” into the air, floating above in my room. I felt at peace at this point.
All of a sudden I looked out the window and saw a plane land in our field. I recall that I felt a little dizzy. The plane was blue and orange and landed near the end of the fence heading towards Cady's house.
Then I recall that my mom called up to me and I recall saying to her, "I know!! I know!!" I looked up the window and the plane was flying over the pool that is behind our house, towards our other neighbor's house, The Days' old house. Then I recall that I decided to do a task of the month, Advanced i: Stop a moving train by yourself! (RelicWraith). So, I phased out the top of the ceiling and flew to the nearest train station. I went to the one that is near to the University where I live. This all at once brought back memories of when I was younger.
When I saw that train coming. I recall that stepped on the track. I could feel that train roaring coming down the track. I braced for impact. Then it hit me, I recall digging my heels into the tracks. My hands burned because of the engine. I stopped it. Then I woke up.

The dream started as I found myself walking down the street. It felt like I was in New Orleans. The Mardi Gra was taking place. The streets were littered with people and Confetti everywhere. Some People were there in their birthday suits. Music blared as people danced in the streets. Then I remember that the state that I'm in, in real life, is one of those places that is currently under lockdown. There were no Social Distancing here!!
This was like Danial Love said in, I think it was the first or second day of his videos. This was where I question whether or not I was dreaming because we are staying put right now. I like to think of this as being under house arrest. Easy peasy.
This was when I thought I would try my hand at a Task Of the Month.
I was going to do the "Sneak into a stranger's place. Make off with as much as you can. Be sure not to get caught! (RelicWraith)" one.
One thing about sneaking around anything about the dream can feel different than in real life. However, I noticed that if you subconsciously think that you are going to get caught, you are going to get caught. I recall that I kept this in mind when I decide to sneak in some strangers house in Norway.
Then I scaled the house. It didn't take much for me to do so. so, I took off with as much as I could shrink down with me. I did find myself in a lab at one point and I stole some things of the magic potion of some kind. I took one sip of one of them.
Then I left.
Then I woke up.
