Hey for the past 2 weeks or so I've been having a hard time going to bed. I try to sleep at 10:30 -11:00 and hope to wake up for 6am but it never happens any more! Instead I go to "sleep" ( I'm not even sure if it's sleep) and then I "wake up" and the time is like 1:15am or close to 3:30am. The reason I put quotations on "wake up" is because It's not like waking up how you regularly would in the morning and your conscious of your eyes opening. It's more like realizing time has just passed by because it seems my eyes are already open once I realize the time. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about. |
