Thread: Heavy Uberman Trials

I've recently started a blog at http://exatouberman.blogspot.com/ to document my time trying out the Uberman sleep cycle. I plan on doing some heavy research into the adaptation period before starting on June 20th-ish and will be doing some heavy research into the flexibility of the cycle and how many different things can affect it after I adapt. I plan on doing some heavy blogging about it so if you're interested, be sure to keep checking my blog =). I will also be checking this forum out regularly to answer questions and discuss the cycle.

Good luck with that. It's usually very difficult to continue past the first week on a polyphasic schedule. So good luck- you'll need it!
