I'm considering going biphasic, with a main six hour sleep from midnight to six AM, and a one hour nap from 4:30 to 5:30 PM every weekday, monophasic on weekends. Could this work? I'm 14. |

I certainly don't see why it couldn't, assuming it doesn't get in the way of any personal things. Like, homework, etc. |

Like what has been stated, I don't see why this wouldn't work. While I'm not into this sleep schedule stuff, I have been sleeping around 6hr and then having a nap after work so I guess I've been following a biphasic schedule |
