Goals:
Consistently for two weeks recall at least one dream per night [ ]
For me about half the time, it feels like I can hardly breath and it sucks. Atleast until I start floating away and into dreamland |
|
I find it fun. |
|
Lately I've taken to listening to music when in SP. It comes out as clear as if I was wearing earphones. |
|
It only happened once. |

"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.
Hi guys |

Yep, that sounds like sleep paralysis all right! I imagine there's loads of people out there in your exact situation, at least we have the internet and can find out about it. Thinking it's some kind of demon is actually quite common, check this section out. The thing about sleep paralysis is that it works heavily off your expectations. If you're feeling trapped and expecting something horrifying to happen, it probably will. People have been known to see hooded figures bending over then and all sorts. But it doesn't need to be that way. Conversely, if you go into it with a positive attitude, it can end up being a lot of fun. You might get the sensation that you're rolling around the bed, floating, hearing music- not so much scary stuff. And what's more, after it finishes there's a good chance you'll be in a lucid dream. Remember to do a reality check! |
