Restless Sleep
Hello all, just got a slight problem with my sleep I thought you lot might know a thing or two about. The last month or so, I seem to be getting little or no rest from my sleep. I get between 7-9 hours a night, but just don't feel the benefits anymore. Instead, I find myself in a constant state of exhaustion that sleep only seems to worsen. I've seen a doctor about it, but they didn't seem to know what might be causing it/how to fix it. It's gotten to such a point that I'm falling asleep at inopportune throughout the day.
No idea why this is, I eat well, exercise for at least an hour daily etc. Just a bit odd really.

Could be that you're too stressed out or maybe you are waking up in the middle of the night and your sleep is getting cut? I usually sleep around 7 hr or so except on my days off where I get 11hr in some cases and I still feel exhausted :shock:

I would suggest you to try practicing yoga, as it help relieve off the stress and may be this could help you have a sound sleep at night. It also help you have a better build to the body maintaining the proportion. Try getting up a little early as practicing yoga early in the morning yields better results. An alarm could help you to wake up in the morning.

Have you been doing anything during the day that could have lead to this?
