Does the amount of stress one has decrease their chances of lucidity? And say if I got less amount of sleep than usual, that decreases the chance of lucidity too doesnt it? Then why is it when I nap my chances of LDing are higher?
I guess the main question is, if I'm really stressed out, how do I manage to LD?
