Weird Bruxism

Aww its flipping annoying. I have these dreams that I'm forcing myself to close my teeth together really hard and it hurts so much and I can stop myself. This is all in the dream and I've even become lucid during it and still couldn't do much about it. I managed to meditate in the dream and that calmed me down but it started all over again later in the night. The dream will start okay then I will get that uncontrollable feeling where I'll close my mouth shut so hard that my teeth squish into eachother and bend and everything and then eventually they start to fall out. Thankfully they don't in real life and my teeth show no signs of grinding which is weird. Does anyone else experience this.

Wow, that's really weird. I always hate teeth-related dreams. Why not try wearing one of those specially-made-for-bruxism mouthguards? You can find this at CVS: http://www.doctorsnightguard.com/ Even though you aren't actually grinding your teeth, this might make you feel more comfortable in dreams. It's worth a shot, I think.
