I recently started school and it started a problem. I've always had this problem in the past too. Some night I sit in my bed and lay down and cannot fall asleep. I lay there the whole night thinking and before you know it it's time for school and got 0 sleep. Thing is if I usually pull this off i'm REALLY tired the next day. But really I felt refreshed the next morning and went the whole day not tired. So I guess what i'm getting at is me laying there in bed all night actually count as sleeping? It's just weird cause I can go the whole night without sleep but still make it through the next day without feeling tired. Any opionions appreciated! Thanks |
