That's one of the main fallbacks of WILD'ing. Look at it from the other side, you just had a new experience. |

Well I suppose it's not the worst thing in the world, and may sound ridiculous to people here, but I've been afraid of experiencing sleep paralysis ever since learning about SP/lucid dreams/etc even though I never experienced it before...I tried to forget about it completely, the whole subject of SP and dreaming because SP sounds so horrible and lucid dreaming is connected to it. |

I had my first wild the other day,and along with that came my first experience of SP..I liked it.Theres nothing to be afraid of its not real. |
lol I'm watching videos of people who really believe they were abducted by aliens and it's strangely making it sound less scary because it's ridiculous |
This just sounds like a hypnagogic hallucination. Why do you think you were in SP? |
Ugh I'm thinking about it and getting scared again! |
Haha,I wake up in SP all the time, since I was little.I didnt know what it was before I joined the site.I usually wake up in it about twice a month. |

I have suffered from sleep paralysis a number of times and usually when i'm sleeping on my back. I think you're gtting incredibly worked up over very little, it can be quite enjoyable. Anyway if it bothers you that much I find for me the trick to breaking out of it is to tense my chest so you could try that next time your in sleep paralysis. |
