      My sleep paralysis sounds...

      Hey guys!
I talked a lot about my scary SP experiences in my earlier posts.
And why are they so scary? Well, beside the scary visions, like monsters, etc., I always experience scary sounds. And the sounds actually scare me more than the visions sometimes.
I made a reproduction of those sounds, and tried to be accurate.
      You can see it here:

Watch it only if you are not afraid of scary sounds.

I haven't had full SP yet, but I have had sounds very similar to those.. Just try your best to ignore them and focus on breathing and staying calm. Usually I see alot of fast-moving static (if that makes any sence) while i'm hearing sounds.

I checked out the sounds you made, and I can relate to them. This one time, when I was really tired, I actually had a very short WILD. I wasn't thinking about it at the time, so I guess thats why it happened. Anyway, I was lying on my back, and I was dozing off, but then I "got up" but it was in a dream world. I heard the same sounds you described through your youtube video, and the setting was exactually the same as the area that I dozed off in. exept, everything was wavy and distorted, and the colors were only tones of yellow and light brown. Then I got up in real like and was like 0_0

hmm... For the visions, I sometimes just experience "altered reality", like small distortions on objects, but sometimes I see dark man-like figures, and beast headed monsters, and sometimes I see symbols, which don't seem scary at all, but they still scare the shit out of me...

Well, this is all very normal to experience while you are in Sleep Paralysis. A lot of people say they hear very high pitched/weird sounds, but the most common occurrence has to be the........
dark man-like figures, and beast headed monsters
It's typical to see and a lot of times, "sense" a "malicious" or "demonic" prescence in your room or by your bed. These can be horrifying, but you just have to remember that they are only hallucinations; figments of your own imagination.

My sleep paralysis sounds are almost always the voices of my friends in real life, as if my mind is playing back its memory on conversations I had with my friends. It's pretty weird.

Hey.. similar thing here, I can drift in and out with the voices.. mostly hypnagogic when very relaxed... but once sleep paralysis hits, no more voices.
