Question sleep meds stealing my dreams!

I have to take Seroquel, along with klonopin for mood issues and anxiety,

I was going DAYS without sleep, but my meds put me to sleep, but I have also 'lost' my dreams.

      Anyone else with this problem?

      That seems to be normal.

You can help your dream recall in other ways, though. A dream journal could do a lot after a while. Look for the dream recall tutorial.
      Bollocks.

Curious, can you drink green tea along with your medicine? It's supposed to help you with your recall

The biggest problem with that is that Green Tea is a stimulant, and I am Bipolar, with major anxiety issues, so that's why I take such heavy duty sleep meds.

Sadly, I'm beginning to think that Lucid dreaming may not be the healthiest thing for me right now.
Maybe when I am more 'stable' with my moods and emotional state, I will try to acheive lucid dreaming.

Dream recall may not be possible for you if you're on this sort of medication since these meds decrease the amount of time you spend in REM sleep. So it's not so much a problem with your recall per se, because you're not having as many dreams that you COULD potentially recall in the first place.
