Well i would say a week tops. Dont use any stimulants of any kind to keep you up because thats when all the trouble starts. If you keep it natural with maybe mild use of soda (no energy drinks) you should be fine |

Just a quik question.....if i were to sleep deprive my self whats the limit? like how many days before it becomes dangerous.(i know sleep depervation isnt a good idea but it is just a experiment for my self.)it would be great if any one with experience could give suggestions and stories. |

Well that all depends EchoSun, how did you handle it? Did you stay up with the help of stimulants, like caffiene and whatnot or naturally? I've stayed up for 5 days and my sleeping patterns were the exact same the next day. |

I have done both...I drank alot of caffine and stayed up, and decided it wasn't every bright to do that. So I stopped drinkin ghtme for three days, and still could not get back to bed. |

I've gone 48 hours of sleep during my first two years of college, usually during finals. I crashed the day after and slept like a dead person for almost an entire day. |
