What the hell was that?!?
okay, today i was taking a nap, and i was between beta and alpha, drowsy, but semi aware of what was going on. now, i jerk around alot when i doze, i think the official term is myoclonic jerk or something like that. during this time, i was twitching a little. but then, as those crazy dream thoughts start coming on, BAM! i swear to god, something hit me dead on in the face. i felt the force of it actually pressing my nose back, and behind my eyelids everything went white for a split second. it scared the hell out of e, and i was awake instantly. it felt like some one had punched me in the face, but i was the only one in the room. it wasnt a twitch, im an expert on the twitches. full on force hitting my face. has this happened to anyone else? does anyone know what it was?

With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.
Upon my pillow, safe in bed,

I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;

no, it only lasted for one second. there was definitely pain for that second, and shock, then i was just flabbergasted.

Then it's just your mind playing tricks on you, like a really intense dream fragment. I often times get this fragment, right when I'm falling asleep, about falling down/off something. And what wakes me is my legs jolting up violently into the air, hehe.

Haha wow. I often imagine that my bed is spinning and then suddenly it tips over. I've only had it once or twice where I've felt pain from something like that.

lol. im suprised that this sort of extreme sensation is shared by other people? i mean, its not myoclonic jerks, its one step futher, to where you actually feel movement that isnt there, or pain from a somatic source, but it happens rarely...weird.

I was thinking along the lines of it being related to SPs and how people usually feel very odd sensations because of it

I've had this happen to me, so don't worry unduly. My thoughts were getting really loud, then it felt like somebody punched me and they stopped. Quite sudden.
