I've decided to try an Everyman or Uberman sleep schedule for a month or so. Mostly to test my dedication, and as a method to get myself in the habit of 'getting things done'. The past couple of months, ever since having to take night classes, I have been sleeping from around 4-5am until noon.
I just got used to this schedule, but I feel weird waking up with half of the day gone, although I enjoy the night awake too much 
The one problem that is preventing me from starting is a schedule. I attend night classes for about 5 hours a class once a day, along with a 15 or so minute drive to the apartment. I don't work during the day, yet but I'm sure I could fit a part time job in there.
Since my classes are 5 or so hours, plus the 15 minutes for the drive back, that doesn't really work for the Uberman schedule of 20min naps every 4 hours. Afaik, the schedule is supposed to be strict; every 4 hours on the dot.
Would it work if I did it every 4 hours except that one part of the day?
If Uberman is just not applicable, I am fine with Everyman. What are the best times to take a 3 hour core and 3 20min naps?
