      Regular Keep Fit

      I find the more excercise you do and the more you train and exhaust yourself, the better you sleep and the more natural it is. Especially if you cut out stimuly.

      I just found that out today i agree, i did some heavy exercise and now i'm sleepy, when i get home i'm going straight to bed. Thanks for the info.

      lol,it does make sense though.it is the natural process for the body and has been going on for as long as animals have existed.we need to be active mentally and physically,being inactive is unhealthy.
