Try multiple alarms, set to go off within a few seconds of easch other. Maybe alarm 1, 15 seconds, alarm 2, 8 seconds, alarm 3, and set alarms 2 and 3 further from your bed so that even if you switch off your alarm and remain half asleep, you're awake enough that alarms 2 and 3 wilol bother you enough that you get out of bed, walk across the room, and wake up enough to realize you;re awake. if necessary, put one of the alarms on the opposite side of something you have to reach over or walk around. (PS: you can use a cell phone with at least one alarm mode for alarm 1, since it should be close to your bed so you can hear it, and cell alarms tend to change more than digital clock alarms. Alarms 2 and 3 can be a fancy clock radio, another cell phone, a cheap clock from 20 years ago where the nimbers flip down and the screen's cracked. Doesn't matter. If you can do it with just 2 alarms, that's great.)
