Dreaming about sleep paralisys?

Last night in a dream i was watching a t.v. and suddenly i couldn't move in the dream like i had sleep paralysis. I also truly woke up and hadn't noticed i did because i still couldn't move for a while. Was this sleep paralysis? I've never had that before it's scary.

Yes i believe it is and i've had that several times. One time i dreamed that i was in a hospitle bed talking to this man and i couldn't move.

yea man this happends to me to mostly when i sleep somewhere else like not where i go to bed like at hotels. like once i was at a hospetal and i couldnt move so i yelled and i said whats happing and a nurse said i belive you are in SP and im like wtf. then i closed my eyes in the dream i dident want to see scary stuff then i opened them and BAM i was in my hotel room it was pretty cool.
