i don't know about you, but i HATE waking up. I DREAD it absolutley and every muscle in my body seems to resist it. I get plenty of sleep, but in the morning when my phone rings good morning or when i wake up naturally I just cannot get out anymore. I used to get up at 5:30 everymorning for school for 3 years in highschool, so you would think i could get up at 8:00 or even 9:00 easily. but no. |

I'm a lazy bum sometimes when it comes to getting out of bed. How about this: next weekend when you have nothing to do (hopefully), stay in bed for a whole day straight. Force yourself to sleep, even if you're sick of it. Just stay in bed at all costs. The next day, you should be springing out of bed like.. a newly budding flower. |

Set your alarm clock so that it's 10 minuets ahead of time... This way you know that when you wake up, you can click the snooze button... It's fun waking up knowing that you still have time to sleep... |

Yeah same hear. Today, my alarm woke me up at 5:50 A.M, I turned it off and went back to bed, I have to force myself to wake up. I got back to bed, wake up it's 7 and I'm late! LOl. |
