I took b6 a while ago and I had one horrible vivid dream.
This was all lucid although I couldn't control anything.

I was in a big factory actually huge factory and I was wondering around and all of a sudden I heard screaming coming from another room, so I ran to another room. But each room was on a different level with a ramp going up or down for some reason.

I got to this room and there was a tall man, that looked like a junkie stabbing people through from ear to ear with an ice-pick. At first I thought " I'll get you buddy" but as much as a knew it was a dream I couldn't do a thing, so I ran and hid under some metal like benches.

I kept trying for a while to control the dream, but I honestly couldn't. So i guess after i stopped trying a woke up.

It was alot more vivid then the rest of my LD's so I guess beware.
The rest of the times I used b6 where fine, but this time was an experience to remember.

Well, if you want to take B6 to get lucid i think you should take it before you go to bed, or perhaps even when doing WBTB.
Found that taking to much B6 can disturb the sleep because it makes to much dreamactivity (I guess that just good if you want to LD).
