For the last week or so, I've had problems sleeping. I will either fall asleep quickly, and wake up withing a few hours and having trouble falling asleep again, or having problems falling asleep at all. I now seem to get from 2 to around 5 hours of sleep a night.
I think it's only temporarely due to stress. I feel relaxed before I start to fall asleep, but then I guess my subconscious remember my stress, because I keep waking up before falling asleep properly.
Any tips? So far, going for a walk before bedtime seems to at least make it easier to fall asleep.
