Well, today I woke up and found my kneecap is totally swollen. Feels like there's fluid inside, and I don't remember if it's because I hit myself or if it might have something to do with the vitamin supplements I take. Since I don't know ALOT about vitamin supplements, and I still take them, I was hoping some of you might know. So, I'm going to list all the vitamins I take per day.

(Before Sleep) - Natural High Potency Vitamin B Complex Pills
(Morning) - 500mg Vitamin C Pill (800% DV)
(Morning) - Omeda-3 Fatty Acids 1200mg of Fish Oil
(Before Sleep) - Melatonin 500mg
(Morning) - Calcium 600mg
(Morning) - and A Centrum Daily Multivitamin from A to Zinc


Am I overdoing it? I've been taking everything except for Melatonin and Vitamin B Complex for about a year, only recently introduced those two. Never had any problems before. Any help would be appreciated.
