Your brain controls your body, and your brain knows where pains are, because it signals to them.

Your brain can perform functions, because it sends signals to them.

Your brain decides how almost everything happens in the body.

I saw something a while ago, about 2 guys of almost exact physical condition, very similar strength to eachother etc.
One of them was on a strict schedule of physical exercise at the gym, performing many different exercises all over his body.
Another was on a strict schedule of kicking back and exercised his skill of visualisation and a sort of astral projection (like many of us here at DreamViews- we are very skilled and experienced with visualing 3D objects and situations with eyes open)
The man just did this kind of eye open LD of him exercising, exerting all his astral strength into lifting weights, doing sit ups, crunches, running, jumping, climbing and so on.

The schedules were regulated to the same times, after a long period of time conforming to the rules of the strict schedule provided for them;
Spoiler for guess who came out the strongest?:

Ever since looking at this sort of stuff I've thought- if you exercise then it is your brain controling energy exertion etc. And maybe the development of muscle tissue is all that cellular process stuff, still... Have you ever heard of a wound on a dead person healing itself?

I believe that if you can trick your body into believing something is happening, then it will speed up cellular/mind development.

That story Clarity talked about does not at all suprise me, I believe that they wouldn't even need to make a thunderbolt and all that stuff. If they fabricated a lever or a switch and put all their mind's power into thinking that flicking that switch will heal their abdominal pains- I think it will work.

If there are parts of your brain that control your breathing etc without you knowing.
and CNS of your brain can control regular funtions of limbs etc, then I have no doubt that you could expand your brain power to use CNS to enhance cellular processes.

Cheers =]
